The SET-50™ extended warranty offers five (5) years of worry-free protection for your tester. Most customers use the sharp edge tester in rugged environments. While the tool is designed and constructed to perform well in challenging conditions, damage and issues that impact the ability to properly perform tests do occur from time-to-time.
The extended protection adds four (4) years to the standard one (1) year warranty. During the additional warranty period, we will repair (or replace as necessary) your tester at no cost. The only thing you need to pay for is round-trip shipping.
Please note that we only provide repair and replacement services for genuine SET-50™ products. As a result, we will require the product serial number and a picture of the tool as part of our warranty validation process.
