    Each tool comes with a user’s manual, certificate of compliance, and one tape cap. The product offers both standard one-year and extended five-year warranty options.

    Tape Cap Kit: TC-3™

    TC-3™ Tape Caps are specifically designed to meet the UL 1439 standard. Each molded plastic cap has three preassembled tape layers and a center targeting guideline. The construction simulates human touch that would occur during handling.

    The tape caps are consumed as part of standardized testing for sharp edges. For consistent and accurate results, all tape caps are custom made to fit precisely on the Sharp Edge Tester SET-50™. Each box contains 44 tape caps.

    The UL 1439 standard indicates that you must recalibrate your SET-50™ every year.

    Ship us your tool (we will provide details on lead time, shipping information, and payment) and we will calibrate to factory specification and provide you with an updated certificate.

    Please note that we only provide recalibration services for genuine SET-50™ products.
